La villa è adagiata su un colle ed aperta ad un paesaggio incantevole; come da una terrazza, in una cartolina, si vedono i resti di un antico castello, vecchi casolari toscani, oliveti , vigneti ed un castello perfettamente conservato e tra i più belli dell'intero Chianti, il castello della Paneretta.

The Tenuta la Cipresseta is a villa with a spacious garden, located in the heart of the Chianti Classico area, in the Sant'Agnese nature reserve, which is one of the few in the world containing spectacular hills covered with naturally propagated cypress trees. The villa stands on a hill which overlooks an enchanted landscape; the ruins of an ancient castle, old Tuscan farmhouses, olive groves, vineyards and the perfectly preserved Paneretta castle, - one of the best in Chianti - can be seen like in the view from a terrace on a picture postcard.

Das Gut "La Cipresseta" ist eine Villa mit einem ausgedehnten Park und liegt im Herzen des Chianti Classico, im Naturschutzgebiet von Sant'Agnese. Dieses Naturschutzgebiet besteht als eines unter wenigen auf der ganzen Welt aus herrlichen Hügeln voller Zypressen, die sich natürlich fortpflanzen. Die Villa liegt auf einem Hügel und hat Ausblick auf eine märchenhafte Landschaft; wie von einer Terrasse oder wie auf einer Ansichtskarte sieht man die Reste einer antiken Burg, alte toskanische Bauernhäuser, Olivenhaine, Weinberge und eine perfekt erhaltene Burg, eine der schönsten im gesamten Chianti, nämlich das Castello della Paneretta.

La villa s'étend sur une colline et s'ouvre sur un paysage merveilleux, comme si l'on était sur une terrasse, dans une carte postale, on aperçoit les ruines d'un ancien château, de vieilles fermes toscanes, des oliveraies, des vignobles ainsi qu'un château en parfait état, l'un des plus beaux du Chianti tout entier, le château de la Paneretta.

Tenuta La Cipresseta is een landgoed met een uitgestrekte tuin, centraal gelegen in de Chiantistreek in het natuurreservaat Sant’Agnese. Dit reservaat is een van de weinige op de wereld dat bestaat uit prachtige met cipressen, die zich op natuurlijke wijze voorplanten, bedekte heuvels. In de tuin zijn er o.a. fruitbomen, diverse kruiden, rozen en uiteraard cipressen. Het landschap met al haar kleurrijke en natuurlijke facetten, het uitzicht, de ligging (de enige weg die u ziet en hoort is de oprijlaan naar het landgoed) staan garant voor een unieke landelijke sfeer.
