Located in the centre of Tuscany the villa is very close to the main roads therefore in a good position to visit the whole region. The Sienna/Firenze freeway is at 5 km. The farmhouse is 35 km from Florence, 25 km from Sienna, 15 km from S. Gimignano and 35 km from Volterra. The estate has been completely restored in 1999. Placed at the top of a hill in a domineering position, it has an imposing and luxurious shape. The place is very quiet and the villa is in a completely secluded spot. It is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves and there are no other buildings nearby. The only road to reach it ends int he woods.

How to reach us
Take the Firenze-Siena "Autopalio" freeway. Exit at Poggibonsi Nord. When you get to the roundabout follow the direction "Barberino Val d'Elsa" and after 30 mt. turn right for "Monsanto". After 500 mt. turn right again and follow the signs "Tenuta La Cipresseta".
