1. Arrival and departure day: Saturday in high season
2. Check in: from 2 to 6 p.m.; in case it should not be possible to respect the time please inform us.
3. Check out: before 9.30 a.m. Baggage may be left at the facility without extra costs.
4. All the linen is included in the price of the apartment. Towels, sheets and tea towels for the kitchen are supplied, towels for the swimming pool are not supplied.
5. A deposit of Euro 150,00 is to be paid in cash on arrival.
6. The gas for heating and the wood for the fireplace are to be paid on consumption.
7. It is possible to purchase local wine and oil on the premises.
8. There is a 6x12 mt. swimming pool in the park among vineyards and olive groves which is far from the apartment gardens to guarantee privacy and comfort.
9. There is a handy car park in the shade very close to the apartments.
10. There is a common barbeque.
11. Pets are allowed as long as they are well behaved and do not disturb the other guests.
12. It is possible to have a cradle and an easy chair for children without any further cost.
13. For your shopping there are supermarkets at about 5 km
14. There are golf courses in Colle Val d’Elsa at 10 km; Castelfalfi at 40 km and Florence at 35 km.
15. There are tennis courts in Poggibonsi at 5 km.
16. There is a riding school at 8 km.
