This year, the festival, a celebration of the bicycle and of the idea of slow movement, shifts its centre of gravity, by moving its venue from Portogruaro to the Terre di Siena [Siena’s lands]. Thousands of pedal pushers will converge on Siena to meet each other on September 24, 25, and 26.
